AFTER EFFECTS

To someone like me, who is technologically handicapped , this article is talking about a world far away from where I live. I wished that he used many more of examples as he explained each "visual language of moving image"; in that way, I was able to understand the article with much better understanding. Because I do not have any knowledge about motion graphics, it was quiet amazing but also difficult to fully understand. He mentioned that the actual techniques would be mentioned somewhere else later in the chapter but for those people like me, if the techniques were described, then it could have been easier to understand how things got developed.
Throughout the article, I had an impression that he wasn't so thrilled to introduce the changes in the motion graphics. But he sounded more out of an obligation and indifference, I felt. What I would like to see more followed by this article was how different methods were developed from one to the next, how new software had an impact to the next generation of graphic world, and how these changed influenced the world. Because the effect of motion graphics has such a powerful impact now days, this article would give much more interest to all of us living in the world surrounded by the "visual language of motion" if we had more details.

KING KAMEHAMEHA'S STATUE IN A PALACE, HAWAII, USA: BECAUSE HAWAIIAN PEOPLE TAKE THEIR HISTORY SERIOUSLY, HIS STATUE ISN'T JUST A STATUE BUT IT HAS A MONUMENTAL MEANING TO THEM. SO THEY EVEN HAVE AN ANNUAL LEI DRAPING CEREMONY HERE IN DC. IN HAWAII, THEIR KING AND QUEEN'S PALACE IS STILL REMAINED AS A HISTORIC PLACE TO PASS DOWN THEIR STORIES.
